Since 2009, a cattle farm has also been part of the Franconian family's
agricultural business.

The Rittmayer family has been known for raising and preparing carp for generations. Since 2009, a cattle farm has also been part of the Franconian family's agricultural business.
Both carp and cattle farming are certified according to the organic Naturland standards. Sustainable management, practised nature and climate protection, safeguarding and preserving soil, air and water as well as consumer protection are the focus of these standards.
The farm area covers approx. 100 ha:
- 10 ha carp pond
- 10 ha forest
- 80 ha of meadows, pastures and arable land
The fodder for the animals is produced on the farm's own farmland.

- B10 Organic farming on the whole farm
- B26 Low-emission fertiliser application (near-ground application)
- B30 Extensive use of grassland along sensitive areas (no fertilisation of grassland)
- B35 Winter greening with catch crops
- B44 Diverse crop rotation with protein crops (cultivation of at least 5 different main crops)
- B60 Summer grazing (cattle must have access to pasture)
